Hello, nice plan. Is there information on the basement - specifically the foundation/pouring details?

I will be an owner builder and will pour the foundation myself and want to ensure sufficient details are included. Also Are the plans checked by a mechanical engineer?

Reinforcing is often a local issue that your building department establishes. I recommend checking with them. A mechanical engineer deals with electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues. You probably mean a structural engineer and the answer is No. The reason is that plan cannot come with a professional's stamp on them without them knowing where the house will be built, plus you probably don't need it.
