This design is available with 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" exterior walls. Your builder can, most likely, replace this simple roof with a 4:12 slope. As for the shear walls and holddowns, depending upon where you are building, you might need to hire a state licensed engineer to stamp these drawings for you.
