Can the pantry be a part of the kitchen wall, and garage storage become a pantry?

I would like to have pantry connected to the garage, to make a small 30x30 "Costco door" between garage and pantry. Kitchen will need access door to the garage storage room. For that we could turn storage into kitchen pantry, and existing panty would be removed and space would become just a part of the kitchen wall.
