Are these plans 100% inclusive of everything needed to submit for permit. Ie engineering etc or are the concepts?

Will we need to still contract with engineers etc? What about MEP plans etc. have these plan considered structural engineering requirements such as in CA. ?

If you are building in California, you will also need a state licensed structural engineer to provide you with additional information relating to your seismic requirements. This is in addition to a hosts of other requirements unique to your state. As stated in our "What's Included" section, we do not include HVAC as that is a local, climate driven decision best left to your builder and mechanical contractor.
