Typically, a plan can reasonably be reduced by a maximum of 10%, which would bring this design down to 2,875 sq. ft.
If that works for you, click the “Modify this Plan” button located just below the front image. In the form that opens, enter your name, email address, and phone number. You will see where you can attach an image plus type in where you would be willing to reduce, and we will get back to you with a quote to have the drawings changed.
You can also view other plans from this designer by entering "50" in the "Find plans" field, then sort by square footage to see if they already have a similar plan in the 2,500 square foot range.
