The washer and dryer would most likely go in the basement. As for the stair location, some space would need to be added to provide space for the stairwell since this is such a small plan. Be thinking about how much space you can add, then, click the “Customize this Plan” button located just below the front image. In the form that opens, enter your name, email address, and phone number. You will see where you can attach an image plus type in whatever list you have of items that you would like to change, and we will get back to you with a quote and time frame.
