Specs refer to the actual brand names of materials to be used and that is beyond the scope of residential drawing and is an item created between you and your builder. These drawings do not include an electrical layout which is an item easily worked out with your builder. The location of all plumbing fixtures are indicated on the fully dimensioned floor plans.
