Are these plans stamped by a current licensed architect?
1 Bedroom, 1Bath Modern Farmhouse HousePlan #52-483
My local building department has indicated the plans I submit for review and permits will need to be stamped by a current Oregon licensed architect. Will this be included in my purchase?

It would not. It is also very odd that a building department would require a stamp on a building this small. However, if yours does, you can also hire a state licensed engineer to do the same thing. The reasons our plan do not come stamped are several. First of all, most areas of the country do not require it. For those that do, it needs to be from an architect or engineer licensed in your state.
