Yes, it could. I suggest that you ask your builder if he can make the change for you locally. If not, click the "Modify this Plan" button located just below the front view and we will get back to you with a quote to modify the drawings. Since this is a fairly small house, be sure to specify whether you want to take the additional wall thickness out of the inside of the home or add it to the exterior.
