Where is the ceiling 'vaulted'?

Under "Unique Features" lists "vaulted/volume/dramatic" ceilings, but in the details, the ceiling is listed at 9ft, that seems neither vaulted or dramatic?

If you look in the master, family, and kitchen, you will see a light dashed line in the center of each room which marks the interior ridge. There is also a a note that tells you how high the ceiling vaults to. The Master vaults up to 12'-10" and the Family/Kitchen vaults up to 14'-8".
